I'm Keiran McBay, and this is my story

I’ve been a personal trainer for seven years. My passion for fitness began when I was around 13 or 14 years old. I played travel ice hockey as a kid, which is what got me into working out, and where my fitness journey started. I’ll be uploading new weekly workouts on my app for you to follow.
