I'm Keiran McBay, and this is my story
I’ve been a personal trainer for seven years. My passion for fitness began when I was around 13 or 14 years old. I played travel ice hockey as a kid, which is what got me into working out, and where my fitness journey started. I’ll be uploading new weekly workouts on my app for you to follow. I’m excited for you to join in on my workouts and achieve amazing results!
